Neon Disc Riot Account and Data Deletion

Last updated: August 19, 2026

Neon Disc Riot uses an anonymous Unity player account for Cloud Save and online multiplayer. You can request deletion of that account and associated game data without signing in with Google.

Request deletion

  1. Open Neon Disc Riot.
  2. From the main menu, open Loadout & Challenges.
  3. Select Copy Cloud ID.
  4. Email contact@thecastlefloor.com with the subject Neon Disc Riot deletion request.
  5. Paste the Cloud ID into the message and clearly state that you want the account and associated data deleted.

If you cannot open the Game or copy the Cloud ID, contact us with the approximate date you last played, displayed rank, device platform, and other non-sensitive details that may help locate the account.

What we delete

For a verified request, we will delete or request deletion of:

Limited records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or proof that the deletion request was honored.

Remove local data

Deleting the cloud account does not automatically remove files already stored on your device.

To remove local data, use Android Settings → Apps → Neon Disc Riot → Storage → Clear storage/data, or uninstall the Game.

Clearing local data or uninstalling the Game does not by itself guarantee deletion of cloud data. Submit the deletion request above if you also want the cloud account deleted.

What happens next

Deletion is permanent. Rank, Bits, cosmetics, progression, rewards, and match history cannot be restored after deletion.

If you later reinstall or play again, the Game may create a new anonymous account with new progress.
