Terms of Service for Neon Disc Riot

Effective date: August 19, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Neon Disc Riot. By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

License

The Castle Floor grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.

Accounts and saves

The Game creates an anonymous Unity Authentication account automatically. Anonymous accounts may be lost if the Game is uninstalled, app data is cleared, or the authentication token is lost.

Cloud Save and online services may be unavailable during outages, maintenance, updates, or service changes.

Online conduct and fair play

You must not:

• cheat, automate play, manipulate matchmaking, exploit bugs, or falsify results;
• interfere with networks, servers, or another player's connection;
• access another player's account or data without permission;
• use modified clients or unauthorized tools; or
• use the Game for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

Rankings and seasons

Rankings, ratings, seasons, leaderboards, matchmaking, and rewards are entertainment features and have no monetary value.

Bits, cosmetics, and rewarded ads

Bits, characters, colors, discs, trails, cosmetic progress, and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold, traded, or transferred.

Rewarded advertisements are optional. Advertisement availability and successful reward delivery are not guaranteed.

Third-party services

The Game uses services supplied by Unity Technologies, Google, Google Play, and potentially your device or network provider. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Castle Floor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or loss of goodwill arising from the Game.

Governing law

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Game or applicable law changes.
