Technical problems

When reporting a problem, include:

• device model;
• Android version;
• Game version;
• the level or screen where the problem occurred;
• what you expected and what happened; and
• a screenshot, if useful.

Local save data

The Game has no player accounts or developer-operated cloud saves. Campaign progress, scores, virtual coins, upgrades, cosmetics, and settings are stored locally on your device.

To erase the local save:

1. Open Android Settings.
2. Open Apps and select Slash Dash: Neon Blade Arena.
3. Open Storage.
4. Select Clear storage or Clear data.
