Terms of Use for Slash Dash: Neon Blade Arena

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Slash Dash: Neon Blade Arena (the "Game"), published by The Castle Floor LLC ("The Castle Floor," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Game in your country. If you are under the age at which you may agree to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you.

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

License to use the Game

The Castle Floor grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Player accounts and saves

The Game does not currently provide player accounts or developer-operated cloud saves. Progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

Uninstalling the Game, clearing its storage, replacing or resetting your device, or certain software failures may permanently remove that progress.

Virtual items

The Game may provide virtual coins, upgrades, skins, character forms, and other virtual items. These items:

• are licensed, not sold;
• have no cash value;
• cannot be transferred unless the Game expressly provides that feature;
• may be adjusted, rebalanced, renamed, or discontinued; and
• may be lost if local Game data is deleted.

Rewarded advertisements

The Game may allow you to voluntarily watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit such as virtual coins, a revive, or doubled run rewards.

Advertisement availability depends on third-party services, your region, network conditions, privacy choices, and inventory.

Purchases

If the Game later offers paid features or purchases, they will be processed by Google Play or another identified store provider.

The Castle Floor does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game except as permitted by law;
• reverse engineer or decompile the Game except where prohibited restrictions are not enforceable;
• use cheats, automation, modified clients, exploits, or unauthorized tools;
• interfere with advertisements, security features, reward verification, or store services;
• obtain virtual items through fraud or technical manipulation;
• introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access; or
• use the Game in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

Ownership

The Game, including its software, name, characters, gameplay presentation, visual design, audio, text, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to The Castle Floor and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Third-party services

The Game uses or may interact with Google, Unity, Google Play, advertising partners, and linked websites. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Updates and availability

We may update, rebalance, add to, remove from, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game. Updates may be required for continued use.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available."

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Castle Floor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost progress, lost profits, device damage, or interruption arising from or related to the Game.

Governing law

The governing-law and court-location details should be added here once you have selected the proper jurisdiction for The Castle Floor LLC.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Game or applicable requirements change. The page will show the latest update date.
