ThreadPaths: Arrow Puzzle

Effective August 17, 2026

ThreadPaths: Arrow Puzzle (“ThreadPaths”) is a general-audience puzzle game published by The Castle Floor LLC.

Information handled by the game

ThreadPaths does not require an account. The game stores puzzle progress, settings, heart state, and the Remove Ads entitlement locally on your device. This local information is not uploaded to a The Castle Floor LLC server. It remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.

Advertising and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob for rewarded and interstitial advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address, device or advertising identifiers, advertising interactions, app interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud, and improve its services.

Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for consent before ads are requested and provides regional privacy choices from the Settings screen. Ad content is configured for a G rating.

Purchases

The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. The Castle Floor LLC does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Google Play provides the game with purchase status so the entitlement can be granted or restored.

Analytics and diagnostics

ThreadPaths records gameplay events locally to help diagnose progression and monetization behavior during development. The current release does not send that local event log to a The Castle Floor LLC analytics server. Google Play and the advertising and billing services may process diagnostics under their own policies.

Information we do not request

ThreadPaths does not request your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location. It does not offer user accounts or user-generated content.

Children

ThreadPaths is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. The Castle Floor LLC does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Security, retention, and deletion

Local game information is kept in the app's private storage and remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Communications with Google advertising, consent, and billing services use encrypted network connections. Information processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's applicable policies and privacy controls.

Your choices

When regional privacy choices are required, open Settings and select Privacy Choices. You may reset the app's local information by clearing its storage or uninstalling it. Purchasing Remove Ads stops ThreadPaths from requesting in-game advertisements on that installation and can be restored through Google Play.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

  • virtual coin balances;
  • unlocked and equipped cosmetic items or character forms;

Information you send to us

If you contact us for support or a privacy request, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and technical details.

How information is used

Information may be used to:

  • operate the Game and preserve local progress;
  • deliver optional rewarded-ad benefits;
  • display, select, limit, and measure advertisements;
  • understand advertising and app interactions;
  • diagnose technical and performance problems;
  • detect fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, or security incidents;
  • remember and honor privacy choices;
  • respond to support and privacy requests; and
  • meet legal, regulatory, and platform requirements.

When information is shared

Information may be processed by:

  • Google LLC and advertising partners through Google AdMob and UMP;
  • Unity Technologies and its affiliates for engine operation and technical diagnostics;
  • service providers used to operate support or the website;
  • government authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law; and
  • a successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws.

Advertising and privacy choices

Where required, the Game displays a Google UMP message before requesting advertisements. When applicable, a Privacy Choices option appears in the Game's Settings menu.

Depending on your device and region, you may also reset or delete your Android advertising ID, turn off ad personalization, use Google My Ad Center, clear the Game's local storage, or uninstall the Game.

Legal bases

Where applicable, information may be processed based on your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or compliance with legal obligations.

You may withdraw eligible consent through the Game's Privacy Choices option when available.

Data retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the Game's storage or uninstall it.

Because the Game has no player accounts or developer-operated cloud saves, The Castle Floor generally does not have a server copy of that gameplay data to retrieve or delete.

Google, its advertising partners, Unity, and other providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Security

Advertising SDK communications use encrypted network connections. We also take reasonable administrative and technical steps appropriate to the limited information we control. No Internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing

Google, Unity, advertising partners, and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about certain disclosures.

Because most Game progress is stored only on your device and is not associated with an account, we may not possess information that identifies your local save.

Children's privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to The Castle Floor.

Third-party links and services

Advertisements or support pages may link to third-party websites, apps, or stores. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The page will show the latest update date.

Kaiju Smash — Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This policy explains what information the mobile game Kaiju Smash, Android package com.thecastlefloor.kaijusmash, published by The Castle Floor, handles and how it is used.

Accounts and personal information

Kaiju Smash has no accounts, no sign-in, and no login of any kind. We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location, and we do not operate a server that stores your game progress.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress and preferences are saved locally on your device, including:

  • best score, highest level reached, total destruction, runs completed, and objectives completed;
  • in-game currency called Research;
  • unlocked monsters, upgrades, and mutations;
  • your chosen monster, map, and run modifiers;
  • sound, vibration, camera sensitivity, and graphics settings; and
  • the date you last claimed the daily ad reward.

We do not receive this local save information and cannot access, recover, or restore it.

Android Auto Backup

Android's standard Auto Backup feature may copy game progress and settings to your Google account so they can be restored after reinstalling the Game or setting up a new device.

This is a Google platform feature. The Castle Floor does not have access to your Google Drive backup.

Advertising

Kaiju Smash shows optional rewarded video advertisements. You only see an advertisement when you choose to use a Watch Ad option, such as for a revive, double rewards, or free Research. The Game does not use forced, banner, or pop-up advertisements.

Advertisements are provided by Google AdMob. Google may process information such as:

  • your device advertising identifier;
  • device model, operating-system version, and language;
  • approximate location derived from your IP address; and
  • advertising interactions such as whether an ad was shown, viewed, or clicked.

Google Privacy Policy
How Google uses information from apps that use its services

Advertising choices and consent

Where required, the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to display privacy and advertising choices. You can change eligible choices from the Game's Privacy Options screen.

You may also be able to reset or delete your advertising identifier or manage advertising personalization through your device settings.

Analytics

Kaiju Smash does not currently use an analytics, attribution, or crash-reporting SDK operated by The Castle Floor.

Data deletion

Because The Castle Floor does not maintain player accounts or receive your local game save, we generally do not possess personal game-progress data to delete on request.

To remove locally stored game information, clear the Game's storage or uninstall the Game. Google controls information processed independently through AdMob or Android platform services.

Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age applicable in your country. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to The Castle Floor.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Game or its services change.

  • Optional Unity Analytics is used only when you choose Allow Optional Data.
  • The Game does not provide player chat, voice chat, public posts, or user-uploaded content.

If you choose Allow Optional Data, Unity Analytics may receive your anonymous player ID and events relating to sessions, tutorial progress, game mode, match outcomes, economy activity, cosmetic choices, rewarded-ad status, performance, and app version.

You can turn optional analytics off from Loadout & Challenges. Turning it off stops new optional analytics collection by the Game.

Use Copy Cloud ID on that screen when you need the anonymous identifier for support or a deletion request.
